These terms apply when you use any website or app run by Skynett Studio (“we”, “us”), including:

• skynettstudio.com (this site)
• Direct Openings (jobs.skynettstudio.com): software job listings from company career pages
• CTC Decoder (ctc.skynettstudio.com): salary and job-offer calculators
• CrackLoop (crackloop.skynettstudio.com): interview preparation content
• Gita Scroll (gita.skynettstudio.com and its Android app): Bhagavad Gita reader

By using our services you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

1. Our services

Our services are currently free to use. An account is optional and only adds extras like saved jobs; you never need one to browse or apply. We may add optional paid features in future. If we do, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay.

2. Job listings (Direct Openings)

• Listings come from the public job boards that companies publish on their own career pages. We copy the title, location and link, and refresh them regularly.
• We are not the employer, a recruiter or a placement agency. We never charge job seekers for jobs, and you apply directly on the company’s own website.
• We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but a job may have closed or changed. The company’s own page is always the final word.
• Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify whose job it is.

3. Calculators and content

• Salary, tax and offer calculations (CTC Decoder) are estimates for planning only. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions with your payslip, employer or a chartered accountant.
• Interview preparation (CrackLoop) and reading content (Gita Scroll) are for learning and personal use.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• scrape, copy or download our services or data in bulk, or use bots that overload them (we apply rate limits);
• try to break, probe or bypass our security, or interfere with other people’s use;
• use our services for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harm others;
• resell or republish our content as your own.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Paid features (if offered)

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (or the currency shown at checkout) and include any taxes stated there.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (for example Razorpay). We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Access to a paid feature starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Our content

The design, code and original writing on our services belong to Skynett Studio. You may link to and share our pages. Please don’t copy them wholesale.

7. No warranty

We provide our services “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can’t promise they will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including decisions you make based on job listings or calculations. If you have paid us, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or change or stop a service. When we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. You can stop using our services at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
